Promotions, Bonuses and Loyalty Rewards

If prohibited conduct is established, hbowin may void affected wagers, remove ineligible benefits, close the account and take other proportionate action permitted by applicable requirements. Legitimate deposited funds will be handled according to the outcome of the security and compliance review.

Responsible Gambling

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The member agrees to compensate hbowin for reasonable losses, claims or costs arising directly from unlawful use, fraud, deliberate security interference or a material breach of these terms. This clause does not apply beyond the extent reasonably connected to the member's conduct.

Privacy and Personal Data

hbowin processes personal information for account administration, identity verification, transaction management, security, support, responsible gambling controls and applicable compliance purposes. Members must not upload unnecessary sensitive information or send passwords to hbowin support. hbowin may retain records after account closure where reasonably required for dispute management, fraud prevention, financial records or legal obligations.

Suspension, Closure and Dormant Accounts

A member may request closure of a hbowin account, subject to pending wagers, withdrawals and required reviews. hbowin may suspend or close an account for ineligibility, security risk, prohibited conduct, prolonged inactivity or a material breach of these terms.

Before eligible funds are returned, hbowin may complete identity, payment ownership and transaction checks. If one clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining hbowin terms continue to apply. A failure to enforce a clause immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
